Before joining Blue Lake Capital, Joyce was the Vice President of Finance for Cleverhome and Wanzhoumo.com, and had extensive experience in establishing effective internal control systems and risk control systems. During her career at MediaV Group, she participated in the company’s acquisitions by Leo Group (SZ: 002131) and by Qihoo 360 (NYSE: QIHU). Prior to that, Joyce held a senior auditor position at PWC.

Joyce graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business English.

Zhenzhu Kou, Investor Relations Director of Blue Lake Capital, has 10 years of experience in private equity and foreign banks.

Prior to joining Blue Lake Capital, as the head of PE Investor Relations at Gopher Asset, Zhenzhu led the design and launch of new PE fund products and participated in the marketing and roadshows of new funds, covering a total of more than 40 PE existing products under Gopher’s management. Familiar with PE product establishment, structuring andfund progress, she coordinated investment and exit processes, and was responsible for annual LP confrerences of Gopher Asset. Before this experience, she worked in CIIP Product Center at DBS Bank head office as a Greater China Treasury Specialist, covering foreign exchange business in three branches in Shanghai; she also worked in the news center of Xi’an TV Education Channel and had independent entrepreneurial experience. Zhenzhu holds a master’s degree with distinction from the University of Southampton.

Zekun Liao, an analyst of Blue Lake Capital,focusing on Enterprise Software and Industrial Software.

During three-month internship,he participated several projects on due diligence.

Zekun Liao graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a Master degree of Engineering.

Siyu Lu is an Investment Analyst at Blue Lake Capital, focusing on investments in enterprise services.

Before joining, Siyu interned at Blue Lake Capital for more than one year, during which she participated in due diligence for a number of projects, including Jusuitan, Leyan Technologies and Thinking Data. Siyu holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Economics from Fudan University.

Qian Jin is a senior associate of Blue Lake Capital. He joined Blue Lake Capital in 2021, focusing on enterprise services underlying technology innovation.

Before joining Blue Lake Capital, Qian Jin worked in Accenture, Cathay Capital and Mount Morning Capital, where he was mainly responsible for corporate digital strategy and transformation, as well as technology investment. He has participated in investment projects including: Starcross Technology, Deep Science etc.

Qian Jin graduated from Southeast University with a bachelor’s degree in communication engineering and a master’s degree in data science.

Cherish Yang is a Senior Associate at Blue Lake Capital, focusing on investments in enterprise services and e-commerce.

Before joining Blue Lake Capital, Cherish worked at Meritco Services, where she conducted commercial due diligence, investment research and provided strategy consulting services for mega funds and CVCs, mainly covering TMT, e-commerce and other fields. Cherish graduated from Sun Yat-sen University.

Andrew Lu is a Senior Associate at Blue Lake Capital, focusing on intelligent manufacturing and enterprise services.

Before joining Blue Lake Capital, Andrew worked at HSBC, McKinsey and Monitor Deloitte, leading the digital transformation of the enterprises from different industries, including finance, retail, automotive, pharmaceutical, TMT, construction, etc. Experience from both internal and external roles has cultivated Andrew’s unique understanding on what digitization means to enterprises. Andrew graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University, majoring in Information Security Engineering.

Aimee Zhou, Investment Director of Blue Lake Capital, focuses on areas including intelligent manufacturing and enterprise services. She participated in investments such as Hubei Super Aviation, Veniibot and AsinKing.

Before joining Blue Lake Capital, Aimee worked at BDA China, where she provided commercial due diligence services for tier-1 private equity firms on Wall Street, and took part in the research and commercial due diligence of companies such as Perfect Diary (Yatsen Holding, NYSE: YSG), LRLZ and Aihuishou. Aimee graduated from the University of International Business and Economics and Columbia University.

Yifan Zhang, Investment Director of Blue Lake Capital, specializes in investments in enterprise services and software. She led or contributed to the investment deals of Moka, Zaihui.com, Tanma, SIA Edu, Pennon, Claritee’s Group, etc.

Before joining Blue Lake Capital, Yifan served in the Strategic Investment M&A Department of 58 Ganji Group and the Capital Markets Department of Deutsche Bank. Yifan graduated from Tsinghua University and Yale University.
